Xi Jinping expressed his readiness, together with V. Putin to achieve results of China-Russia cooperation in all areas

Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Friday that he was ready to work with Russian President Vladimir Putin to outline plans for the future and point a vector for bilateral relations under new historical conditions.

Xi Jinping expressed his readiness, together with V. Putin to contribute to continuous transformation of the high-level mutual trust between China and Russia into the cooperation results in all fields, bringing real benefits to the peoples of the two countries.

Despite numerous crises and challenges facing humanity, China and Russia remain committed to their original aspirations and support the sustainable development of bilateral relations, said President Xi.

The two countries firmly support each other in protecting their core interests; political and strategic mutual trust existing between China and Russia has been strengthening every day, President Xi said, adding that bilateral trade volume has once again reached a new record high.

Xi Jinping also said that the two countries are actively involved in the process of redeveloping and building the global governance system, together implementing principles of true multi-lateralism, upholding the true spirit of democracy. These efforts have formed a solid basis for strengthening the unity of the international community to overcome this difficult time and ensure international equality and justice, Xi Jinping emphasized.
