Pryanishnikov.
This research institute is the leading scientific organization in the field of soil fertility, use of fertilizers, chemical ameliorants, and plant growth regulators.
Key research areas are related to the development of scientifically based fertilizer systems in farm ecosystems, plant mineral nutrition optimization, methods for the rational and environmentally safe use of fertilizers and other means of chemicalization, soil fertility management with regard to global climate change.
The research institute has a great prestige in agrochemistry and agropedology and it employs highly qualified scientific personnel.
In 2022, «Food Export Trade» company organized the largest industry scientific study since the USSR times devoted to arable lands with an area of more than 30 million hectares, which are located in the Urals, Siberia, and Far East regions.
All-Russian Research Institute of Agrochemistry named after D.N. Pryanishnikov together with seven co-executing research institutes conducted a regional study, evaluated production potential of these regions for cereals, legumes and oilseed spring crops, taking into account existing opportunities and promising scientific and technological achievements in plant genetics, technologies for targeted agriculture, as well as targeted use of fertilizers; developed plans, technologies and implementation mechanisms.
