Victor Zimin offers Siberian governor to export grain to China

'This question certainly requires serious consideration and the involvement of all the Siberian regions. It is important that there is a strong interest from potential Chinese partners to develop cooperation in this field. According to preliminary estimates, turnover in the agricultural sector in Siberia could increase by tens of billions of rubles, which is a great incentive for our villagers.
