The project of creating the " Russian-Chinese New Land grain passage " and its first stage of "Trans-Baikal grain terminal" were included in the official agenda of the Russian-Chinese intergovernmental dialogue.
December, 16 in Beijing was held the 19th meeting of the Russian-Chinese Commission on preparation of regular meetings of the Heads of Government under the leadership of the Co-Chairmen, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin and Vice-Premier of the State Council Wang Yan. According to the Co-Chairmen’s opinion, 2015 became the next year of comprehensive extension and development of strategic partnership between China and Russia. During the meeting were summarizing results, planning next steps and was occurred detail exchange of opinions on cooperation in the nuclear sector, civil aviation, space exploration, trade, cross-border logistics and agriculture.
As a part of the official delegation of the Russian Federation "Trans-Baikal Grain terminal" LLC was represented by General Director Karen Ovsepyan.
At the same time, in Beijing was happened another properly historical event - the signing of the "Russian-Chinese memorandum on grain deliveries and its recycling products to China." Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts received a official opportunity to supply grain to China.
The first opportunity for supplying grain in Siberian Federal district were received: Omsk and Novosibirsk regions, Altai, Krasnoyarsk and Trans-Baikal region.
Today it is difficult to assess the importance of occurring events for the future development of bilateral relations and cooperation, but they are completely strategic.Because this type of cooperation is aimed not only at increasing bilateral trade, but also in to increasing the level and quality of citizens lives in our countries.
Development of such cooperation is balancing ecology issues, availability of inexpensive and qualitative food, increasing earnings of Russian and Chinese farmers, and certainly, creates a lot of new jobs, including in the related industries both in Russia and China.
