The project of the First grain terminal Zabaikalsk-Manzhouli was presented and discussed at the First meeting of the Subcommittee of agriculture of the Russian-Chinese Commission for preparing regular meetings of heads of government, was included in the work of the Commission and supported by the Ministry of agriculture.
