N.Fedorov supports the project to exporting Siberian grain to China

<...> The project has aroused special interest of the federal minister. According to Nikolai Fedorov, implementation of the project is fully consistent with the plan of Russia to develop economic relations with China and establish export-oriented non-extractive industries in eastern Siberia.

Even today there is a capacity in the Siberian Federal District to produce more grain than it is necessary to ensure the demand for bread and feed <...>.

Summing up the visit, Nikolai Fedorov stressed that this international project has the high degree of relevance. Mr. Fedorov promised cooperation and assistance from the Russian Ministry of Agriculture. This assistance will include search and selection of strategic partners in China, establishing  negotiations with them.  Building relations with the Chinese side and the negotiation process particularly will require a long-term planning.
