Summing up the visit, Nikolai Fedorov stressed that this international project has the high degree of relevance. Mr. Fedorov promised cooperation and assistance from the Russian Ministry of Agriculture. This assistance will include search and selection of strategic partners in China, establishing negotiations with them. Building relations with the Chinese side and the negotiation process particularly will require a long-term planning.
