Mishustin supported the "New Land Grain Corridor" project

This will open a convenient supply direction to China

Russia supports the «New Land Grain Corridor» project for supplies to the Chinese market. This statement was made by the Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at the meeting with the Chinese President Xi Jinping.

We support the «New Land Grain Corridor» project which will allow provision of grain, legume, and oilseed supplies from the Siberian and Far Eastern regions of Russia to the Chinese market," TASS quoted Mishustin’s statement.

Mishustin added that «in the new geopolitical conditions, the importance of transport and logistic corridors supported by the cross-border infrastructure development is increasing.» According to him, Russia, same as China, pays «primary attention to the food security provision».
