“Siberian Agreement” supports export of Siberian grain to China

Board of MES* has considered the proposal of Victor Zimin, the head of Khakasia,  to export grain from Siberia to China, and they have found a lot of advantages in it.

This was announced by Olga Shadrina, Director of the Department of information and analytic policy in the Inter-regional Association "Siberian Agreement".

According to the board of MES experts, projects to develop transit quarantine elevator complex for transshipment of Siberian grain and logistic (elevator) infrastructure for grain accumulation and  its export to the Siberian Federal District have considerable advantages.

* "Siberian Agreement" is Inter-regional Association of Economic Cooperation of the Russian Federation. It has appeared over twenty years ago as a response from the governors of the Siberian territories to processes that in 90s  of the last century led to the Soviet Union collapse.
